Exploration Manager
Alex Beloborodov
  • Professional Geologist with 11 years of experience in nickel, copper, gold exploration in Quebec and Nunavut.
  • He spent 6 years working in nickel sulphide exploration with various greenfield and brownfield  projects as well as working on a producing  nickel mine with Canadian Royalties.
  • Mr. Beloborodov has a B.Sc. in Geology from Université du Quebec à Montréal. 
Independent Geological Technical Advisor
Robin Adair
  • Professional Geologist with 37 years in mineral exploration and project development experience with a significant proportion focused on magmatic nickel-copper-PGE projects in Canada with Falconbridge Ltd.
  • He worked directly on the Somanike Project from 2014-2018.
  • Mr. Adair holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc from the University of Alberta.

Louis Fourie
  • Louis started Terra Modelling Services Inc. (TMS Inc.) in 2014. He has over 20 years of experience in resource estimation, modelling and exploration planning and support across the world, including Canada, the US, Peru, Argentina, Paraguay, South Africa, Guinea, Botswana, Morocco, Gabon, Spain, Australia and elsewhere. Prior to TMS Inc, he worked for De Beers, Shore Gold (now Star Diamond Corp.) and North Rim Exploration.  He has extensive experience in a wide range of commodities, including diamonds, boron, potash, phosphate, titanium, vanadium and lithium (brines and clay).
  • Louis graduated from the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, with a BSc (Hons) in Geology in 1996 and a Citation in Geostatistics from the University of Alberta (2012). He is a Professional Geoscientist registered in Saskatchewan.
PROJECT GEOLOGIST ASSOCIATE
Tony French, MSc
  • Tony has over 30 years of experience in exploration, project management and corporate roles. He has managed projects in diverse countries, from Australia and Canada to China and Botswana. While not his only commodity experience, Tony has spent many years managing diamond exploration projects, with companies including De Beers and Dominion Diamond Corp.
  • Tony graduated with a MSc in Geology from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
Chief Geophysicist
Alan King
  • Mr. King is well known and respected in the Mineral Resource industry with particular expertise in Nickel exploration.
  • From 1976 to 1990 he worked as a geophysicist in exploration and resource development in Canada and Australasia.
  • From 1990 to 2012 he was employed by Inco /Vale as a senior geophysicist and then as Manager of Geophysics with responsibility for global exploration. As Chief Geophysicist for Vale Global Exploration Alan worked on geophysical applications for base metals, iron, manganese, coal and fertilizers (potash and phosphate) as well as target generation using regional and global data sets.

David Riekie
  • An experienced director, who has been engaged as an Executive and Non-Executive Director for a number of Resource and Industrial ASX listed companies. He has overseen capital raisings and ASX listings, exploration and resource development, scoping and feasibility studies, production optimisation, stakeholder engagement, acquisition programs and expansion initiatives.
  • Involved with projects throughout Australia/Oceania, Asia, North America and Europe for minerals and commodities including precious (Gold) and base metals (Copper, Cobalt) , energy  (Oil & Gas)and energy metals (uranium, Nickel) and industrial minerals (Graphite, Mineral Sands.
  • David is the Executive Director of Adavale Resources Limited  (ASX: ADD) and served as a Non-Executive Director of remote power generation and energy solutions specialist Zenith Energy Limited (ASX: ZEN) and independent uranium producer Paladin Energy Limited (ASX: PDN). David also recently served as interim CEO to Poseidon Nickel Limited (ASX: POS).
  • David holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma of Accounting from Flinders University and has been a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1986.

  • An In-demand executive management level turnkey consultant, specializing in operational efficiency and economic optimization to customers including Microsoft, Macquarie, HP, as well as State and Federal government agencies in Australia and Singapore.

David Crevier
  • Partner of the law firm Colby Monet LLP, in Montreal, Quebec.
  • Mr. Crevier is a member of the Barreau du Quebec and has practiced as a lawyer since 1975, primarily in the area of commercial law, assisting public and private companies in the natural resource and technology sectors.
  • Mr. Crevier has acted as a director for Goldstar Minerals Inc., a TSX Venture-listed issuer, since September 2016.

  • Mathew Fitch is a co-founder of Fusion Capital, which incorporates Bustech Group, Brabham Automotive, HeliostatSA and EVANT. Bustech Group is Australia’s largest privately owned manufacturer of diesel, electric and hydrogen Buses.

  • His ownership interest is spread across the Hospitality, Advanced Manufacturing, Automotive, Property and Development Sectors.

  • His background as a Financial Accountant for both Bentleys & KPMG provided a strong platform to undertake his previous role of Chief Financial Officer and Joint Managing Shareholder of the Fitch Group – a group of companies with assets in excess of $250 million spread across the commercial and residential property, manufacturing, retail, hotel and childcare industries in Australia.

Monique Hutchins
  • Managing Director of DSA Corporate Services Inc. and has over 15 years of corporate secretarial, corporate governance, client relationship and marketing experience.
  • She was previously the Director of Business Development & Marketing and Corporate Secretary at Independent Review Inc., the organization that runs Independent Review Committees that is a part of the governance structure of every investment fund in Ontario.
  • She also held senior roles at Kingsdale Shareholder Services and Institutional Shareholder Services.
